Requirement

300+ Senior officers communicate globally daily; they use Zoom and other real-time engagement platforms to interact with their clients.

Challenge

Most of their clients were able to communicate with them through Zoom, however, they needed a solution to interact with clients who did not use Zoom. To do so, they needed a dedicated phone number for their clients/customers to reach them. The IT Company requires a low-cost telephony service for its Domestic (India) and international calling needs, and they also have employees working from remote locations and some employees working from the office.

  • As per DoT/TRAI guidelines, VIVA will deliver Domestic (India calling) service and international calling services separately from two different delivery infrastructures.
