A pharmacy chain headquartered in Chennai with over 35 pharmacies across the city and surrounding areas.

Requirement

The client operates a wholesale medicine distribution business, sourcing supplies from leading pharmaceutical companies. To improve their sales process, suppliers' management, and branch communication, the company is looking for a Stable Landline Number connection for each branch.

Challenge

The business recently established an e-commerce platform to automate wholesale purchasers and to grow its direct customer base. There are three ways to place an order via their portal:

  • Customers upload the prescription.
  • Customers can select the prescription medicine on their own, and
  • Calling directly to HO and placing an order. They need a Supportive Communication System between their branches & their HO.
